This class is for you if you are an expecting a baby and want a bit more knowledge about how to care for your physical and mental health and how to make informed choices throughout your pregnancy and postpartum journey.

This program has been designed to compliment your regular antenatal education but including many more topics parents wish they knew before commencing the exciting new chapter of parenthood.
