Orthopaedic Surgery Rehabilitation
In order to achieve the best results following surgery a comprehensive rehabilitation program is crucial.
Corinne has many years of rehabilitation experience in both an acute (hospital) and private practice setting for a number of joints including shoulder, lower back, hip, knee and ankle.
Dry Needling
Dry Needling (trigger-point needling) is a branch of acupuncture which involves a fine needle being inserted into the irritable points (knots) of skin and muscle.
The insertion of the needle helps to increase blood flow to the area (assisting with healing) and produce a pain relieving effect.
Sporting Injuries
At Wholesome Physiotherapy we want to work with you so that you can remain as active as you want to be!
We can provide expert advice regarding return to sport following an injury to get you back on track sooner.
